How do I transfer funds/securities from one DriveWealth account to another DriveWealth account?
This form is to be used by customers to transfer securities and/or funds from one DriveWealth account to another DriveWealth account.
Transfers made to beneficiaries other than the current account holder are considered third-party. As a policy, DriveWealth will not make any third-party transfers.
The completed form should be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or be faxed to 973-998-5302.
