Failed ACH Transactions

Failed ACH transactions will result in the credited funds being reversed. If a trade has been made in the account, DriveWealth will sell out the positions and restrict the account. To the extent you believe the ACH failed for reasons outside of your control, please reach out to support@drivewealth.com to speak with a customer service representative.
