Business Account Application

It's easy to open a Business Account. Just download the attached .PDF form, print and fill out the Business Account Application, and mail it (with the required documents) to:

Please note as part of opening your account, we are required to obtain a document that evidences the existence of the company. Therefore, please provide us with either the company's certified articles of incorporation, a government-issued business license, a partnership agreement, a trust agreement; or a similar document that evidences existence of the business. In addition, please provide an executed resolution authorizing the opening of, and investing through, the account with DriveWealth.

In addition, we need an executed resolution authorizing the opening of, and investing through, the account with DriveWealth. The executed corporate resolution is a form filled out by the Board of Directors or Principal as the certifying officer (who may not be included as an authorized individual on the account unless they are the sole officer) authorizing the opening of the business account, and detailing which individuals are authorized to act on behalf of the corporation (such as execute trades and transfer/withdraw funds from the business account).

We are also required to verify the identities of individuals that will have authority or control over the company's live investing account. Therefore, please provide a government-issued identification, such as a driver's license; and a proof of residence, such as a utility bill or phone bill; for each of these control persons.
After the application and documents are submitted, they will go through a compliance review where additional questions may be asked.
