You will be asked to sign in with your DriveWealth Username and Password, which will direct you to the Document Upload page. Once you are on the Document Upload page, you will be asked to submit one of each of the following:
List of valid Photo ID’s (pick one)
- Government issued Photo ID (non–expired)
- Valid Driver’s License (non-expired)
- Passport (non-expired)
- Voters Registration Card with photo
Current Proof of Address (pick one)
- Utility Bill (Examples: Gas, Electricity, Water, Property Tax or Mortgage Receipt)
- Mobile Phone Bill, Bank or Credit Card Statement.
- A letter from your landlord, employer, doctor, dentist, accountant, lawyer, serving police officer or Notary Public stating and confirming your residential address.
