There are a couple steps which need to be done if you are trying to transfer your funds/securities from your brokerage to DriveWealth. Below you will find the steps to transfer your account (Partial and Full).
Partial Account Transfer
First, you will need to provide us (DriveWealth) with a copy of your current statement (which shows your current open positions and account balance). You can send your statement to support@drivewealth.com with the subject “Partial Account Transfer Request”. This step is very important because we cannot accept securities that DriveWealth does not offer.
Second, once we confirm with you that we offer the securities you wish to transfer, you will then have to provide your brokerage with a Partial DTC Form. The form will serve as a Letter of Authorization, which your Broker-Dealer may be requesting from you as a part of the transfer of securities. The information provided for the account below must match your DriveWealth account information on file.

Full Account Transfer
First, you will need to provide us (DriveWealth) with a copy of your current statement (which shows your current open positions and account balance). You can send your statement to support@drivewealth.com with the subject “ACAT Transfer to DriveWealth”. This step is very important because we cannot accept securities that DriveWealth does not offer.
Second, once we confirm with you that we offer the securities you wish to transfer, we will then need you to fill out the below ACAT Transfer Form and send it to support@drivewealth.com
When we receive your completed ACAT Transfer Form, we will then initiate the transfer with your brokerage.
