If you're a DriveWealth Customer and feel unauthorized activity has occurred in your account, it’s important to act fast. Please contact Customer Service at 800-461-2680(USA/Canada), 973-559-6748(International) and print, complete and return the attached Unauthorized Activity Affidavit to us. Once received, we'll research your claim and contact you with the results.
